Description
Have you ever felt a sense of loss, whether through death, the pandemic, a relationship, health, youth, a job, money, your identity, your faith, or a loss of trust in yourself or the universe?
During this 5-week course based upon Dr. Christina Tillotson’s upcoming book, Connecting Souls: Transcending Loss and Finding Purpose in the Digital Age, we will explore some powerful tools for transcending the challenges of the losses in our lives. Then, we will explore some tools for discovering new, fulfilling purposes to take our lives to the next level after a loss.
The course consists of 5 modules complete with exercises and visualizations, and 5 real-time two-hour recorded Zoom conferences to discuss and make meaning out of the information collaboratively.
Because this is a pilot course, participants are limited to 15. You will be asked for your ideas about how to make the course the most relevant to your lives as you transcend losses in your lives and find purpose.
